All West-Call® manufactured products now carry a 5 year warranty. This covers the patient stations, pull cord stations, dome light fixtures, push button stations, staff and duty stations, as well as the central control. The computers used in the Nurse Call Master Stations are warranted by Dell computers. Call cords, and pillow speakers are warrantied for 1 year.
West-Com® Nurse Call Corporation, does something unique when it comes to training. Factory training is free!! Just get to the Fairfield, California home office during the times training is being administered, and your instruction classes are at no charge. Another important West-Com® exclusive...all software updates for your system are free.
